Your Account. If you have a Chirho account, you can find your order number by logging into your account and selecting “My Orders”in the drop-down menu. If you don’t have an account, you can create one anytime using the same email address used to place the order.
Email Confirmation. You can also locate the order number in the order confirmation sent soon after your purchase was made. Please be sure to check all inboxes including junk and spam folders.
Gift Order. If you’ve received a gift, email us at love@chirho.com with the gifter’s name and email address and we can locate the order number for you.
We try to ship orders as soon as we receive them to provide expedient service. So, the window for any updates is very slim. But if your order has not been shipped, we may be able to cancel or update an order. Please email us at love@chirho.com.
SHIPPING
Standard ground shipping is free for all orders $99 and above.
For all other orders, we offer a flat-rate of $7 for standard shipping; $10 for expedited shipping; $15 for express shipping.
Yes! We're pleased to announce that we have expanded to international shipping. However, please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses at this time.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Delivery costs $12.95 for orders under $200. We offer free international delivery on orders over $200. All orders are shipped through USPS First-Class Package International service unless you select a different courier at the checkout. Free shipping promotions (including coupon codes) only apply to USPS First-Class. Delivery times are estimated at 7-21 working days from the date of dispatch.
Parcels come with a tracking number that will be emailed to you the day they ship. International orders are handled by USPS until they leave the US and are trackable here. Once they arrive in your country, your local postal services take over. This means you'll be able to track your parcel on your local postal services' website with the same tracking number. If the Tracking shows that the parcel couldn't be delivered for any reason, please contact your local post office to have further details. Since they are handling your parcel, they would be able to give you informations that we don't have.

*For both domestic and international orders, in the event of an order being returned to us due to an incorrect delivery address provided by the customer, or if left unclaimed, the full cost of redelivery is the customer’s responsibility. Please note that we are not liable for any losses incurred if the customer has provided any incorrect details for their order. Chirho also reserves the right to not issue a refund on orders never received due to the incorrect details being provided.
International Customs Fees
When a package ships internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed (e.g. handling fees) by the destination country. These charges are typically due once the package arrives in the destination country.
The customer is responsible for paying the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These charges can vary widely and are often based on the import policy, taxes, duties and fees of the destination country, the price, package weight and dimensions.
*If you decide to decline a package (order value below $200), and once the package is returned to us, you will be refunded for your purchase price minus a $10 fee for returning the item to us and restocking it. We can not refund you the original shipping cost. For orders above $200, you will be refunded for your purchase price minus a $30 fee for returning the item to us and restocking it.
We ship orders Monday through Friday (no weekends).Please allow 1-2 days of processing time. Once processed, orders placed with free standard shipping should arrive in 3-5 business days. Expedited orders should arrive in 1-3 business days. Express orders should arrive the next business day.

Tracking numbers are automatically sent as soon as your order is packed. Once the courier picks up the package and scans it into the system, you can track the progress of your shipment.
Most packages domestically ship with either USPS or UPS. We choose either carrier depending on destination and timing.
Due to COVID-19, we have noticed that shipping companies are experiencing delays in scanning and processing on some shipments at this time. Please rest assured your order will still be delivered to you as quickly and as safely as possible.
We recommend monitoring your local postal service for up-to-date information on deliveries in your local area, as these vary from region to region. Please feel free to reach out to us anytime if there are any concerns about any order in transit. Because the situation is complex and constantly developing, our delivery times may also change, and we will endeavour to do our best to keep the information on our site up to date. Currently, please allow additional 14 days for domestic orders and 30 days for international orders to be delivered. Orders Lost In Transit
Chirho will ensure that each order arrives to our customers safely. Thus, you can request replacements or a refund when an order is considered lost. An order is considered lost when there is 1) no tracking update in the past 7 days and 2) delivery time exceeds the below timelines.
USPS First Class Domestic 35 Days
USPS First Class Intentional 65 Days
Should you choose replacements to be sent to you, a complimentary piece of jewelry will be included with your replacement order.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase and would like to return the item for a refund, please contact us at love@chirho.com and we will send you a return label.
You will have 20 days from date of purchase to return your item.
A return shipping cost of $10 will be deducted from your refund, unless there was an error on our part. In which case, we would be happy to rectify any and all errors free of charge to our customer.
To be eligible for a return, the piece must be unworn, with the security tag still attached and intact, along with the original tags and packaging. Please note that there will be a 5% restocking fee if you fail to return the item(s) back with its original packaging. Boxes larger than original packaging will not be accepted as this increases shipping rates.
Items purchased through a third-party vendor outside of Chirho.com must be returned through the company it was purchased from.
Should the returned item not meet the above return guidelines, Chirho has the right to deny a return and have the item re-shipped to customers.

To return an item to us, please follow the below steps:
1. Contact us at love@chirhojewelry.com. Title your email Returns & Exchanges and provide us with the order number. It would help us improve our customer service if you could also explain reason for return. Returns must be made within 20 calendar days of purchase.
2. We will send you a prepaid label within 5 business days. Secure your package (no bigger than shipping size) and drop off at USPS or UPS store. A return shipping cost of $10 will be deducted from your refund.
Returns received outside of the above-stated timelines are not accepted.

We offer store credit for gift orders. You will need your order number to follow the return process.

Once we inspect the item and approve it for return, it can take 1-3 business days to process your refund. We will send you an email confirmation once complete. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your transaction.

PRODUCT CARE
Your jewelry will reflect the love you show it. Discoloration, oxidation and tarnishing are all inherent and inevitable characteristics of plated jewelry over time. But a little TLC can go a long way to prolong the luster and life of your jewelry.
Keep your jewelry away from perspiration, water, perfume and cosmetics. This is especially important for our gold-plated pieces which are more prone to oxidation and tarnishing. Be sure to remove your jewelry before sleeping, showering/bathing, or engaging in any other activity that is subject to friction or contact with moisture and chemicals, especially swimming. Many public swimming pools have upped their chlorine usage since COVID-19 and harsh chemicals like chlorine can quickly tarnish your jewelry.
When your jewelry is not being worn, store your jewelry in your original Chirho pouch (and keep it in a cool, dry spot) to maintain luster and prolong life. If you need to clean your jewelry, only use a non-abrasive cotton or microfiber cloth.
Yes! We stand behind our jewelry and offer a 90-day warranty. If any damage to the material or the workmanship of the jewelry occurs, we will be happy to replace the item or issue store credit.
Please note that warranty does not cover lost items, scratches, or damages that come with normal wear and tear like a bent ring or broken chain. Discoloration, oxidation and tarnishing are also inherent and inevitable characteristics of plated jewelry that can occur depending on how jewelry is treated, and is not covered under warranty. So we recommend that you follow our product care guidelines to preserve your jewelry.
GIFTING
While we do not provide a gift-wrapping service, each of our pieces are placed in a gift box with an attached bow. We designed our packaging to provide an un-boxing experiencing whether you were gifting a loved one or yourself.
We do provide the option of including a message. If you have purchased jewelry as a gift and want to send a note, select the message option at checkout and include a brief message.
PRIVACY POLICY
We use information you provide to us to deliver the requested product and/or service, to improve our overall performance, and to provide you with offers, promotions, and information.
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system. We collect information that users provide by filling out forms on the Website, contact forms, surveys, search queries on our search feature, through comments or other feedback.
Transactions: When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, you are consenting to allow us to collect it and use it exclusively for this reason.
Marketing: If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.
If you do not wish to receive newsletters or other marketing-related information, you can unsubscribe anytime. We include an“unsubscribe” link on every email we send. If you ever have trouble unsubscribing, you can send an email to love@chirhojewelry.com requesting to unsubscribe from future emails.

Once you leave our store’s website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this PrivacyPolicy or our website’s Terms of Service.
SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
PAYMENT
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set byPCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
